Kratom is legal to buy and possess in Oklahoma for adults 18 and older. The Oklahoma Kratom Consumer Protection Act restricts sales to people under 18, caps 7-hydroxymitragynine at one percent of total kratom alkaloids, bars synthetic alkaloids and adulterated products, and sets disclosure and labeling requirements.
