StatuteMap is an independent reference for the legal status of regulated substances, state by state. It currently covers kratom, with more substances to follow. Every state page cites its sources and shows when it was last verified.

This is an informational project — not a law firm and not a vendor. We do not sell kratom, recommend products, or provide legal advice. The goal is a single, current, well-sourced answer to one question: is kratom legal in your state?

Our primary sources are the Legislative Analysis and Public Policy Association (LAPPA) and the American Kratom Association (AKA), cross-checked against state statutes. Where a state’s law is changing or unclear, we add a visible update note and prioritize the page for rechecking rather than guess.

Named reviewers or institutional partners will be listed only after a formal review relationship is in place.
